Step out of the noise and into nature. This all-inclusive weekend retreat is a space to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and rekindle your creative spark.

Our time together will blend yoga, breathwork, nourishing meals, sound healing, laughter, and plenty of rest. Whether you're craving peace, play, or both—you'll be held, supported, and invited to come home to yourself.

Food is medicine—and love. We’ll be serving up delicious vegetarian, Ayurvedic-inspired meals made with care. From grounding breakfasts to vibrant dinners, every bite is designed to fuel your body and uplift your spirit.

After the retreat closes, choose to stay a little longer for a private 90-minute session with Cat or Eddi.

$100 per session – Limited spots available

Cat offers:
Spiritual Massage
Thai-style stretch, breathwork & intuitive energy healing.

Eddi offers:
Swedish Massage – Deep relaxation through gentle flow
Thai Stretch – Assisted movement + acupressure on floor mat

No overnight stay—please plan to depart after your session.
